Robohand Safety Mounts

Robohand Safety Mounts are robotic tooling safety mounts that provide assembly machine overload protection for parts, fixtures and entire assembly machines. The module is mounted between the robot and the fixture and reacts to compression, bending or torsional overloads, separating before the robot design limits are exceeded. A switch signals the robot to stop if de-coupling occurs.

Robohand safety mounts are offered in several styles including one equipped with a patented mechanism that helps to reset the tooling after an overload or collision.
