Pneumatic Clamp Serves as Deadbolt

Challenge:	Existing application wastes time, and causes ergonomic problems for the operator.
Solution:	Model 830 pneumatic clamp is used on an assembly fixture, which rotates 90 degrees.
Result:	This is an ergonomic improvement for the worker as well as a timesaver. A four-way valve actuates the pneumatic clamp remotely; to lock/ unlock the fixture in position. The plunger is used as a dead bolt to orient the fixture.
