Holding Winch - Model 202-TU
| Challenge: |
The operations at Tulsa Winch, Inc. are such that they are not high production, but are cost sensitive. The customer is using bolts to hold the winch casing after it is put into a clamp fixture for safety while testing in operating conditions. Replacing the bolt s was high priority because of the cycle time.

| Solution: |
The customer replaced the bolts with off-the-shelf 202-TU clamps. This clearly pays for itself with the timesaving ability of the toggle clamp and off-the-shelf solution.

| Result: |
The customer uses the 202-TU off-the-shelf clamps instead of the fasteners. They have shown an increase of 75% savings in cycle time. Wrenches and ergonomic issues are eliminated.
