What happens when you take decades of clamping expertise and combine it with direct customer feedback? You get the new 8800 Series Pneumatic Lever Clamps—a ground-up reimagining of what a lever clamp can do.

DESTACO’s new 8800 Series pneumatic lever clamps are a significant upgrade to our legacy 8700 Series. This new series offers features that were previously not available. These non-toggle locking clamps are alternative solutions to swing clamps. Ideally suited for use in assembly and welding fixtures, as well as light machining operations. They have up to 25% more clamping force than comparably sized swing clamps. The clamp arm pivots up and out of the way along a single plane, reducing interference with adjacent components in fixtures.

 

Legacy Models vs Next Generation Versions

Our development engineering team listened to the voices of our customers. As a result, they were able to incorporate new technology to improve key performance factors within a similar, more modular operating envelope. Due to this development, our 8700 Series has been discontinued and replaced in its entirety by the 8800 Series.
