CHALLENGE
Index 20lb a distance of 12 inches every second.
SOLUTION
DESTACO proposed a CAMCO 6in link Modular Precision Link over/under style conveyor, with a center distance of 162 inches, driven by a CAMCO 512RA indexer to index 2 links at a time. This was driven by a 2HP Kebco motor with CAMCO R225 reducer.
RESULTS
The customer has a solution that will move a total of 600lb over 30 stations.
