CHALLENGE
Index 36lb a distance of 54 inches every second.
SOLUTION
DESTACO proposed a CAMCO 6in link Modular Precision Link carousel style conveyor, with a center distance of 327 inches, to index 9 links at a time. This was driven by an Allen-Bradley MPM-B1653F servo motor with Wittenstein/Alpha TP 050 MA reducer.
RESULTS
The customer has a solution that will move a total of 468lb over 19 stations.
