Destaco's Camco Conveyor Saves Over 25% On Costs For 9+ Station System

Index a wheeled cart of parts that together weigh a total of 200lb a distance of 54 inches every 15 seconds. The customer is currently using automated guided vehicles and is looking for a more cost effective solution.

DESTACO proposed a CAMCO 9 inch link Heavy-Duty Precision Link carousel style conveyor, with a center distance of 144 inches, driven by a CAMCO 1301RD indexer to index 6 links at a time. This was driven by a  2HP SEW DRN90L4 gear motor. This whole system was mounted onto a welded steel base frame.
