Mag-Lift Lifting Magnets
DE-STA-CO’s mag-lift pneumatic magnets provide instantaneous pick up and release without electricity, maintaining a positive hold even if air pressure is lost. They are supplied with a urethane pad which will soften the impact of the magnet to avoid damaging delicate surfaces.

Vacuum Generators
ARV Auto-Release Vacuum Generator/Cup Mount
Changing the world of vacuum…one line at a time
Most venturis require two air lines: one for vacuum generation and one for part blow-off. DE-STA-CO has patented a single-line Auto-Release Venturi (ARV) that does not need a second air line, decreases air consumption up to 60% and will release a part quicker than a 2-line blow-off venturi.
Venturi-Style Vacuum Generators
The VSA Series venturi vacuum generator can be ordered with or without blow-off. Additional options include silencers, sensing port options and imperial or metric threads, as well as standard and compact sizes all with various mounting styles.

Spring-Loaded Cup Mounts
Spring-loaded cup mounts are available both as a standard version and extended travel (heavy-duty) version. Both versions offer several mounting options and 7 different travel lengths.
Spring-loaded cup mounts are designed to be used with DE-STA-CO’s VSA series venturi vacuum generators and complete line of vacuum cups to offer a total vacuum system solution.
Boom Mounted & Block Style Manifolds
Pneumatic distribution can be managed by the several different styles of manifold blocks that will mount directly to the DE-STA-CO Round Tooling System or to the custom bracket of your choice.
