DESTACO DPS palletizing bag grippers are designed to be a cost effective, reliable end-of-line, pick-and-place pneumatic driven palletizing solution. The DPS series is sold both as a kit for budget minded DIYer or as a fully assembled ready to install end effector by DESTACO.


Offered in 3 configurable sizes, 15Kg, 30Kg and 50Kg plus with a variety of straight and angled tine lengths to match bag size application requirements. Bag width adjustment is fast and simple by loosening a couple bolts and sliding each side in and out for optimum gripping.


The DPS bag gripper is a highly configurable off-the- shelf solution with optional standoffs to bolt direct to today’s advanced robots. For a proven simple, reliable, maintenance-free end-of-line palletizing operation... choose a DESTACO DPS bag gripper.

  • Speed Matters - with rapid actuation and lightweight design, the DESTACO bag gripper can palletize up to 30 bags per minute when working in concert with robotic automation.
  • Secure Transfer - our bag grippers utilize an enclosed, pneumatic toggle-lock power clamp with integrated open/ closes sensing to hold bags secure even if air pressure is lost. Simple maintenance-free operation.
  • More Options - available options include configurable LED status light, slip sheet transfer, plug and play valve/control packages and pneumatically controlled bag stabilizer.
