Robot Adapter Kit

MultiMount Tool Array Kits mount up to 5 tools to ISO 50 mount robots. A single robot can do up to 5 different operations without the need for a tool changer, making a single robot act like 5 robots. Tool offsets are variable by selecting different extension lengths that separate the robot adapter from the tool plates.

Machine tending with ISO 50 mount robots is made easier with modular Multi-Mount Machine Tending Kits. Load and unload CNC machines with customizable tooling that mounts a wide variety of tools. The product is assembled with a Robot Adapter Kit, 2 Extension Kits and 2 Tool Plate Kits. Air Blow-Off Kits are optional. All kits include all tools and hardware with easy-to-follow instructions.
