6000 Series straight line action clamp

STRAIGHT LINE ACTION CLAMPS FOR ASSEMBLY, FIXTURE CHECKING, WELDING & TENSIONING DEVICES – 6000 SERIES

DESTACO’s 6000 Series straight line action clamps feature up-to 2-3 times more holding capacity than the Model 604, may be mounted through a hole or inside a tapped hole, and lock over center in the extended and retracted position. Common applications for these clamps include assembly, fixture checking, welding, and tensioning devices.

Features

  • Easy to operate, push/pull handle allows the plunger to move in and out along its axis.
  • Plunger locks in extended position only
  • Up to 3 times more holding capacity than the legacy 600 Series
  • Can retrofit directly into the 600 series profile
  • Mounts through a hole or inside a tapped hole and locks securely over center in both extended and retracted positions
  • Available in zinc plated carbon steel versions, as well as in stainless steel
  • Optional Toggle-Lock Plus models with a secondary locking release lever for added safety and ergonomics
  • Some models lock in the open position.
